The wellbeing activities program helps people with mental illness who need short-term help to function day to day. The programs offer one-on-one and group support activities to help you connect with other likeminded people, build useful skills and having a great time!
Programs Include:
- Increasing educational, vocational and training skills.
- Connecting with clinical care and other services they need
- Building capacity in managing day-to-day activities
- Strengthening social skills, friendships and relationships with family
- Building life skills, including confidence and resilience
- Managing money and understanding finances
- Developing work and educational goals
- Staying physically well, including exercising
- Support with drug, alcohol and smoking issues
- Arts and crafts, and music and dance classes
Activities in the include community events, festivals, gardens, quiz nights and dinners and movies to mention a few.
